1. All payments made to Pixowise are non-refundable. This includes any upfront fees, monthly retainers, and one-time project fees.
2. Once you have engaged with our services and work has begun, you cannot cancel or receive a refund for any work that has already been completed.
3. In the event that we are unable to fulfil our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of our control, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. However, this does not guarantee a refund of any kind.
4. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
